A unique ranking of chefs, "The 100 Chefs" (2019 edition) was unveiled on November 25th during the 2018 Chefs World Summit in Monaco.
Be present at the world exclusive announcement of the 2020 global ranking of "100 Chefs" and the awards of the top 10, organized by the Magazine Le Chef followed by the opening cocktail of the CWS fourth edition. Le Chef magazine reveals its 100 top chefs, based on the only barometer that allows chefs to compare themselves to their peers and identify industry leaders.
Launched by Le Chef magazine in 2015, this global and genuine ranking "barometer" of gastronomy is the result of a single question asked of the chefs 2* and 3* from countries where the Michelin guide is present: "Which are the 5 chefs that best reflect the values of the profession, create a cuisine that is and where you have to have been?".
And this year, it is Arnaud Donckele (La Vague d'Or - Saint Tropez (83) - France) who is now in first place in the ranking. He succeeds Michel Troisgros (2018), Alain Passard (2017), Michel Bras (2016) and Pierre Gagnaire (2015).For the 5th time, a French chef working in France is at the top of the ranking.
