A native of Moselle, Michel Roth took his first steps in the kitchen in renowned restaurants.
Winner of the Pierre Tattinger International Culinary Prize in 1985, Bocuse d'Or and MOF in 1991, Chevalier de l'Ordre de la légion d'honneur in 2006, chef of one of the most prestigious Parisian palaces between 2001 and 2011 and twice starred in the Red Guide in 2009, Michel Roth is a model for the younger generations of chefs. Since 2011, he has been offering his services as a gastronomy consultant. He created, among other things, the Air France Business Card and since 2013 he has been signing the card for the President Wilson Palace in Geneva, which was awarded its first Michelin star the following year.
Naturally, he is still working on what is very important to him: training and sharing his knowledge with young people. An active member of some professional associations, he is involved in many projects and collaborations in France and abroad.
