Chefs are changing their business model

This is the 4th time we have held this international congress, where renowned chefs come together to discuss the changes in their professions and go over whatever subjects may require urgent attention.

The event will be held at the Grimaldi Forum, in Monaco, from November 24 to 26, 2019 under the noble patronage of HSH Prince Albert II.
This year it will host the International Cup de Cuisine (Le Trophée du Prince Albert II de Monaco), a cooking competition organized by Les Cuisiniers de France.
The ranking of the 100 Chefs, organized by Le Chef magazine, will be back!

 

 


Chefs and gastronomy professionals are involved on all levels and wish to advance together on the themes that inspire them, to bring their voices into harmony, and make themselves heard more widely. This year, the CWS will present the major trends identified by chefs and experts in international culinary art for the future of the high-end gastronomy sectors.

The round tables will be structured around the major topics: the new catering concepts, eco-responsibility, training and recruitment.

Following in the footsteps of Mauro Colagreco in 2018, Christophe Bacquié will serve as this year's honorary chair.
